The Senior Business Process Analyst Product Design & Development supports the company with related processes in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and other tools supporting the business in this area. This includes areas such as (3D) design, pattern and fit, bill of materials, quotes, costing, vendor management, colors, and material management. You will be responsible for supporting the team with internal on-boarding, training development for the business, general project management, and continuous operations support.
Defining scope for new developments and projects;
Driving analysis activities required to achieve the agreed scope;
Gathering and analyzing business requirements with the goal to map and improve existing business processes related to the PLM system;
Developing and driving testing of the new requirements and improvements;
Developing and delivering training sessions to PLM end users about new system/process changes;
Ensuring day to day support for all PLM system related requests, questions, feedback, and bugs/malfunctions;
Working closely together with other members of the Supply Chain Process Development team to facilitate alignment with other systems/applications;
Working closely with IT;
Driving internal team development projects and initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Product Development or equivalent;
At least 7 years of work experience, preferably in fashion/retail industry or consultancy;
Experience in Product Development and Design is required;
Experience with Change Management, specifically related to delivering or supporting enterprise software systems is required;
Knowledge of a PLM system knowledge and/or Product Data Management and Data Modeling knowledge is required;
Experience in modelling and mapping complex processes;
Experience with the development and delivery of training materials;
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Affinity with IT and system integrations; willingness to jump into technical details as well as drive people and process change.
