We are looking for a customer minded payment specialist with excellent communication skills. Are you going to be the next Payment Customer Service Specialist for an international fashion & lifestyle brand?
The Payment Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling escalated payment, refunding customer cases and reporting potential issues and bottlenecks to the Warehouse, Operations and Finance Teams.
You will be working on a team of several talented professionals, reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead. You’re a natural problem solver as issues occur and you will help the company improve any processes related to the Operations and Finance Team for a better Customer Service experience.
Communicate with the call center agents based in Lisbon to advise them on case resolution towards customers;
Apply judgment and problem solving to exceptional payment escalations across all Europe and the Russian market;
Handle payment cases escalated by the call center by communicating effectively and applying your judgement and decision making;
Proactively identify in cooperation with the team to make improvements and close gaps in the processes;
Regularly inform the call center about issues, system & policy changes, upcoming initiatives & campaigns;
Work on ad hoc projects to improve consumer experience.
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in payments and refunds. Knowledge of the European and Russian market is a plus;
Excellent team player, independent worker who is able to take their own initiative;
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in SAP is required;
Experience with PayPal and Adyen is a plus;
Critical thinker, good at prioritizing and excellent analytical skills;
Proactive, self-motivated, multitasker and a good communicator;
